General Provisions

By using Bhagirathi Taxi Service ("the Service"), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our taxi services in Bardez, Goa. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Booking and Payment

• Booking: All bookings must be made in advance through our booking system or customer service. We recommend booking at least 24 hours prior to your required service time to ensure availability.
• Payment:t: Payments can be made in cash or through accepted digital payment methods. Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the journey unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total fare.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed only for cancellations made in accordance with our cancellation policy. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 12 hours before the pick-up time.

Responsibilities and Liability

• Passenger Responsibilities: Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Bhagirathi Taxi Service is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
• Service Disruptions: We strive to provide reliable service but are not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather conditions, or vehicle breakdowns.

Conduct and Safety

• Behavior: Passengers must behave respectfully and comply with the driver’s instructions. Abusive behavior towards drivers or damage to the vehicle may result in additional charges or refusal of service.
• Safety: Seat belts must be worn at all times. The consumption of alcohol or illegal substances in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you directly.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Goa, India. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa. For any questions or clarifications, please contact our customer service team.
